We want your Elurae order to reach you quickly, safely, and affordably. Here's what to expect:
Free Shipping on Orders Over $50 Enjoy complimentary standard shipping on all U.S. orders totaling $50 or more (after discounts, before tax). Orders under $50 ship at a flat calculated rate based on your location and order weight, shown at checkout.
Processing Time All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Delivery Estimates
- Standard Shipping (Free over $50): 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (calculated at checkout)
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed — they may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-demand periods (such as holidays).
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also check your order status anytime through your account page.
International Shipping [We currently ship within the United States only. / We ship to select international destinations — additional duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. The $50 free shipping threshold applies to U.S. orders only.]
Lost or Delayed Packages If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or your local carrier first, then contact us at [your support email] within 7 days so we can help locate it.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately and we'll do our best to update it before the order ships.
Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged item and packaging, and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund
